The Bond Street residence was a renovation and new four-story addition to a two-family townhouse in Brooklyn, including floor-to-ceiling windows, a new kitchen with custom teak cabinetry, and matching bedrooms for twins. The addition is crowned by a new penthouse family room overlooking the rear garden, and shaded by a family-cherished old river birch tree.
