Previously in a state of disrepair, this duplex within a Brooklyn brownstone was renovated for a family of 4. The lower level living space opens onto the garden with new oversized sliders. The kitchen features a green Brazilian Quartzite in a leathered finish, bold and soft to the touch. Depth within a living room wall was discovered, and niches were created for shelving between structural elements.
